Can I use the 300 grain bullet in my # 1. Do yuou have a reloading data with this Hornady bullet? Most of the data is for the 400 grain but I don't have any of those....also thinking of doing an article titled 450/400 Loads for Wimps, utilizing the 41 Magnum Bullet cast and jacketed.

I recall an article where someone did that. Probably in Handloader, in the last couple of years.
