Here is an interesting piece of history that is on auction on sleezbay today.
Item # 300726301137

Read the description his son writes about this piece. It's about the Spanish engraved Single-Sixes. Super nice piece!

If you got the guns, you need the support documents........Simple math, Stalwarts. One understands that the Spanish "paper" is a duplicate of the real thing as Jerred saw it..........Still want to know the "rest of the story" regarding Why JD did not obtain these materials when he preppd for the book.......Seemed he obtained a lot of the other materials..........Would not all this go with the master display he has put together? Just sayin'.... 8)

I looked the auction up, but it doesn't say the piece sold.
Did anybody print off the auction? I would like to see what the sketch looked like if you have it handy.

Good luck with that........I inquired about a serial number and he was quick to provide a rather rude and direct reply.......... :?
