After a mistake on my part, concerning a rule in the Political section, it was suggested I read the "rules". I initially could not find the particular one that was pointed out. Then I noticed that there were three separate "rules" posts. Just as a suggestion, perhaps they could all be incorporated into one "rules" post.

Frank, you are absolutely right about that and we're working on it, along with many other "housekeeping" cleanups.

Thanks for your comment.

We know we have various 'rules' in multiple locations. Some appear to only apply to a specific section?
Most of the 'rules' I find are grammatically suggestions, indicated by "please" do this, that.
One thing that I see are the rules that say "... will be deleted." Not might be deleted... One of the most common is ignoring the rule about listing a state in your profile and classifieds ads.

As we know, we also have folks listed as moderators who have not visited the site in years... Some are long gone. Does the site have enough daily visits by enough moderators? might we need more warm bodies to manage the issues?
