A Couple of Kim Ralston Creations

I was fortunate enough to have my turn come up on Kim Ralston's custom knife order queue. Two of the knives are his lightweight or Slim Hunter and the third is a new smaller EDC design he is working on. The tow larger knives are Musk ox, buffalo horn and white bone while the other is only Musk Ox. The small EDC is giraffe bone. Mike Barranti did the sheaths and he modified them to ride higher on the belt along the lines of a high ride holster.

That's some fine work there. Did you specify the handle materials or did Kim have free reign ? Either way they're all absolutely beautiful.

I gave Kim free rein on the tri colored knife and the small knife. I requested all musk ox on the other knife.

One word,, "Craftsmanship"!

Are those using knives or just "gee ain't they pretty" knives?

The smallest was my EDC until my daughter in law snagged it. The one with the tri-color scales I gave to my daughter for her hunting knife. The musk ox knife is what I carry and use when riding or hunting.
