No selfie this time...

Ruger Blackhawk Flattop 357/9mm convertible. What a sheer pleasure to shoot 148 grain wad cutters. With the steel grip frame, the balance is just about perfect.

The knife is one of those kits from Jantz Knives in Oklahoma. It's Damascus steel and G10 grips, they make right there in their store in Davis, Oklahoma. The G10 is incredibly easy to work with, I think I finished it up with 500 grit sandpaper and it's very smooth. Brass bolsters.

Kevin, I consider myself very fortunate to get to be its caretaker. It is one of those rare guns that just seems to have a hidden laser sight. Once I shot this one I sold my Bowen custom FA 327, it is that good.

I have several set ups:

My Commander and a Randall Air Crewman. Both sold now.

My 1911 and Randall #1: Still have the Randall-sold the Colt:

One of my "bear backups": An OM Ruger in 45 Colt and a Randall #23. This has now been changed out to moose antler (instead of buffalo horn) and a Randall Yukon Skinner. The #23 now pairs up with my Reeder SBH in 454. I am putting together another pairing: An OM 41 Mag (6.5") with a Chuck Stapels drop point, Bianchi holster and EPS Texas cartridge belt.

I had a Colt second generation Walker and a LARGE Mike Leach Hippo tooth Bowie.; A S & W "lemon squeezer" with a Damascus folder by AG Russel.

And, my previous SASS rig:

The Colts are the ones I refer to in my other post that Bobby Tyler re-blued. Both pistols and knife have real ivory.

Again, I have/had others: My wife's polished stainless Vaqueros for SASS with a Chuck Stapels knife==all elk horn; A pair of ROAs with moosehorn grips and a matching scrimshawed Bowie; An Officer's Colt with faux ivory and a matching Stapels hunting knife with scrimshaw by Bob Engnath (I had the privilege of knowing both Chuck and Bob when I lived in SoCal.
