Well it looks like there haven't been any new pictures posted for a few days so I guess I'll stick pictures of my latest find up. I know it is not a Ruger or even a S&W but I still like the Texas Longhorn Arms guns. This Improved #5 is in the most popular 44 Mag caliber and it came with both wood grips and these ivories. The ivories will migrate to my Improved #5 in 45 Colt and the wood grips put back on before it looks for a new home. It was one of those classic " buy the gun for the grips" thing!
While we are at it, this USFA just came back form Alan Harton where he fit an original Christy's bisley spurred hammer I found. The gun is nickeled and in 38-40.
