Beautiful. Cactus plants can be so bizarre and look like rocks or aliens and then out pops a truly astounding flower!

Wish I had some pix of the cactus forests in Baja Sur in bloom but my camera just wouldn't get good pix, apparently because it was midnight and there was no moon. Some of them were over 20' tall and full of the little bats that pollinate them.
