I love living in South Carolina. Deer, turkey, and wild boar often make up the menu. Put a rack of boar ribs on the smoker early this morning...

Your post inspired me to remember why I love living in the Ocean State...fresh seafood... so I went to the fish market and grabbed fresh Sea Scallops. Pan fried in EVOO/Butter/Sam Adams Boston Lager. The side is Almond Pilaf Rice:

Mighty fine vittles on this thread. My Progresso soup from a can i just ate for dinner has kinda lost it's appeal...
