I figured it was about time I shared some of my Ruger goodies !! More to come as I uncover them !!

Before I left they tried to institute a new compliance program but when the employees started reading it they were not impressed. Someone from HR called Southport and wanted to know what they should do about the people that did not want to sign it. The legal dept. said FIRE them, so they asked, all 500 of them ?? The program was put on the back burner and revamped considerably and was accepted by the employees the 2nd time around.

Back when things were simple! Great stuff!

Nice! Have one of the employee handbook in the small binder style. Interesting reading.
