I got my American Holly grips in the mail from Private Schultz the other day. What a perfect fitting set of grips. When I was ordering I originally wanted the ivory micarta, but he talked me into the American Holly because of the grain of the wood. Nice grips add so much in the looks of a single action. This gun is in great condition too. It is a pre-warning ban stainless with the magnum cylinder. I love lighter colored grips on stainless too, but that's just personal preference.

Here you can really see the grain of the wood. These will age to a beautiful yellow color I assume...

Kevin,
As the others have said, very nice!
I agree that the light-colored grips contrast beautifully with the finish on a blued gun. Obviously, it's all a matter of personal preference.
Thanks for posting!

I have several grips he made for me that I really treasure. I did not send my grip frames in, and still the fit was very good.

American Holly now 10 years old. Looking better with age.

I like how the wood has taken-on a somewhat antique color. And, that 4-digit flattop is a thing of beauty, too!
