When putting the 1911 on target from the draw, how do most people order the safety, trigger steps? Drop safety first then finger on trigger or simultaneously?

This is how I was taught as well.Sugar River said:1. Sweep off the safety as you bring the gun up.
2. Sights on target.
3. Finger on trigger.
At least that's how I learned it from Ray Chapman.
I believe Cooper taught the same.
