This one has an all-steel construction - weighs 31 oz. Hmmm... interesting...

Did someone say ".45, alloy frame, and 4" barrel"?

I am disappointed that the .45 'officer's' is not an alloy frame. These compact guns are meant to be carried more than shot. Weight does matter. I understand the trade off over felt recoil and durability but.....

Only thing missing is "officer" alloy frame.

I have been waiting on an officer 45 from ruger. I found a gently used sig ultra 2 tone at the lgs for 500 then the next day ruger announces their officers 45. Im still happy with the sig especially with the price I paid.
