Hello everybody I just joined the forum although I have been reading and enjoying it for about 6 months.Thanks to you guys I bought a sr1911 for my 61st birthday on july 16-just got back from the range and after 150 rounds of hollow points and fmj I can tell yall I love this pistol.I had to wait 5 months to get it but man it was worth it-functioned perfectly and sights were dead on.At 12 yards unsupported it puts every round in the bull if I do my part.Just want thank you guys for convicing me to buy this sweet thing-Ruger did a bang up job on this pistol.John in Texas.
