I'm going to be posting specials on a weekly basis.... sort of.... I don't really make gear ahead, but I sometimes try and get a jump on construction just to try and speed things up.
I figured I'd make a few things, make them down a bit and sell them til they are gone. Pretty much a first come first served thing.
Look for the first one to show up in a week. I will post on here again.
Just go to the web page and go to the store and look for the weekly special.
Since they will already be built the wait time will be cut way down...

ciao ya'll

I just got my first special listed. I'm not gonna say what it is because I would like very much for you to stop by my site and see some of the new stuff.
The special can be accessed directly from the home page. Se the "weekly special" link at the top of the page...in red.
I've added some new pics of alaska and some new text to read.
More pics in the store as well.
I'll be adding a blog very soon as well as changing inventory. I have three new holsters models which will be added in a few days.....
More things coming.....
hunting belt
Axe cover
flap holster for .22 auto's...

ciao ya'll

I'm still adding new things. I have new pics and new product. The special changes once a week and I may even start having drawings.
Please stop by when you can.
I even have a blurb about a buddy who has a small charter sevice. If you are thinking of coming up I encourage you to give Travis a call. He will honestly show you and let you experience the "Real" Alaska. plus you will get a chance to see my back yard as he runs his business along the Talkeetna river and it's tributaries. The Talkeetna river and mountains are my home.
Let me know when you come up and I'll buy you a brew at the famous (infamous) Fairview Inn!!!

ciao ya'll

I try and steer away from doing one of a kind stuff. The problem is that it may take several tries to get it right. In which case who pays for the wasted leather, time involved, etc.....
Honestly though, pretty much everything has already been done in the holster realm. It is pretty hard to come up with something truly new and different that remains practical. One can always change a strap or a cant but that isn't really designing new.
If you do want something I would be happy to talk with any of you. If you have an old holster that is no longer functional, I can make a copy for you (provided I can use the old one as a pattern.

Which brings to mind... I am going to post a survey asking which features you guys like best on your holsters. Hopefully this will let me try and incorportate the things you like on the holsters I make, and make them even more appealing to the masses!!

Later ya'll....

Last year you posted some pics of novelty leather items you make. Among them was a leather belt buckle with cartridge loops for different calibers. Do you still make these?
