Both the holster and the revolver have the wear to indicate that they have been together for decades. BKH36 flattop Blackhawk .357 Mag with 6.5" barrel dating to 1961. Condition is above average but does have - you guessed it - holster wear. Holster is a George Lawrence and has the numbers 24 and 603 on the back. Revolver has the original lockwork, not converted, and has a fine bore. Most of the wear is at the left muzzle and shoulder, with other typical signs of age/use like minor hammer discoloration and turn line. Cylinder has some light freckeling that probably indicates it was kept in the holster more than for just trips to the field. You can see it in the close-up but you don't notice it at normal magnification. This should make a great shooter to carry on your hip (with the hammer down on an empty chamber!).
