Another safe queen that needs a new home. This is not a collector's gun--this is a shooter's gun. If you know Model 61's, you know they're the smoothest slide-action .22 ever made. This one is a lot of fun to shoot and is set up to be a practical hunter's gun.

22 Short, Long or Long Rifle
Pachmayr 1/2" pad, 13.5" LOP
Sling swivels (I do not know if they are factory or not; they work great and are very handy)
Weaver J2.5x scope, El Paso made, plain cross-hair reticle. Glass is clean and clear and adjustments are positive.
Side scope mount drilled and tapped into the receiver; scope and mount are removable and the rifle retains its factory front and rear sights.
The receiver of the rifle is not grooved for scope mounting.

These are great rifles and as stated smooth as butter. Sadly the mods to this one, DT for scope, sling swivels, and rubber but stock, kill all collector value. Still a great plinker or squirrel hunter though. Quality you can't buy these days!
