How do you tell if they are factory? Randall

After seeing and handling quite a few you look for the medallion staking on the back that is why they will show you the back or the inside of the grips. Also the placement of the medallions is important. The medallions have to be the right style. The last two things I look at is where the medallions are placed on the front side it is kind of flattened out so it somewhat flush (flat), and lastly how the toe of the grips are cut & finished. All factory grips are thread opposite of the standard wood grip. I am sure there is a few more points I am missing. IMHO!
