1 set blued hammer, trigger,sping,cylinder stpp, and pawl. No base pin as with simple mod you can use the existing one.

I believe 357. I didn't measure the hammer as the difference is so slight. I've used them
Interchangeably never had a problem. The 357, 41, 44, 45 are same frame. The hammer height is different. But again I can't tell with naked eye it's to slight and never made a difference in use. 2 of my 357 ombh have used 357,41,and 44 SBH hammers with no issues.

Just FYI: OM .357s are mid size frames.

OM hammer sizes:

Large frame hammer = 2.370" - 2.380"
.357 Mid-frame hammer = 2.180" - 2.220"

From the front of the hammer it's 2.22 from bottom to top of hammer spur 2.450.
