One of the finest firearms Ruger has ever produced and also one of the nicest factory custom rifles made is the M77 MKII Express. These rifles have features normally found only on best quality custom rifles. The stock is well figured Circassian Walnut. The bluing has a well polished finish. The nicest feature is the 24" barrels quarter rib, integrel with the barrel, nicely matted and equipped with express sights. A barrel band sling swivel, ebony forend tip, and blued bolt handle also set it apart from the standard rifle. The bulk of express rifles were built in 30-06 and 270. Far fewer were ever made in .338.

I purchased the rifle several years ago for an Elk hunt that has yet to materialize. The rifle is in excellent condition, save for a minor dig in the buttstock as pictured below. The rifle does not come with box or papers but does have the original scope rings. I am asking $1,400 for the rifle. Located in Alabama. Thanks for looking.
