I saw a nice tang safety Ruger M77 RLS in 308 today
It had a Gloss Burris 1.75-5x20 scope in Burris or Leupold rings.
The rifle was in very good cond.

The RLS carbines were only cataloged in SA .243 & .308Win and LA in .270Win & .30-06 Govt. I don't believe I've ever seen any other chambering. I have the .308Win.

There were several hundred made in .358 Win.
These were originally going to be an International model in .358, but the barrel contour was too fat for the channel of the International stock so Ruger turned them into the model M77RLS

CHET,
can you clarify the .358 carbine rifle for me. I am aware of the (758) M77RS carbines with 19-1/4 " barrels that were chambered in .358Win. and am aware that some were put into RLS stocks with the ebony forend tip. Did the total number of 758 carbines include both the M77RS and M77RLS configurations?
