I know the flat bolt models were numbered 7750-0001-0077. Does anyone know what the 1 of 1000's started with? I called Ruger but the guy I talked with wasn't sure where he worked! Thanks, B32.

The lowest number I know of is 7750-00100. What I'm curious about is did they make 78-99. Anybody have any info? Thanks, B32.

Ruger isn't going to skip numbers in such a production run.
Just watch gunbroker, something will show up.

But did Ruger skip numbers or did they start with serial number 7750-00100 for the standard 50th Anniversary rifle planning to build 100 special models and then things changed when someone decided it would be cool to only manufacture 77...

Terry Wolosek worked the deal with Ruger to make the 77 High Grade 50th Anniversary rifles. They were sold as an Exclusive from Classic Sporting Arms. They were numbered from 7750-00001 thru 7750-00077.
00078 thru 00099 were not made, to my knowledge.
