Ruger Gunsite Scout .223 Mags

Does anyone make 5 or 3 round mags for the .223 Scout Rifle? I've got a few gripes about the gun, but left-hand carbines are few and far between, so the only thing keeping me from buying one now is my belief that the Ruger steel and poly 10 rounders are the only mags available.

I'd be curious about this as well. I've looked around from time to time but haven't ever found any.
