Anyone using one of these great lever guns??
Is there a pouch to carry extra magazines?

I shoot my 96/44 lever-action 44 magnum a lot but it is only at targets. I love the fact that I can shoot many different kinks of re-loads, everything from from mild to wild. The gun is light, fast and the 30 degree lever is great. ...as far as mag holders go I haven't seen any except for the 10/22 size mags. I think the best alternative might be a zippered pouch that you put on your belt, kinda a man-purse. :D :D

Nylon cloth (not the rigid Kydex) revolver speedloader holders work very well for 10/22 magazines so I presume they will fit the 96/44 mags too. Buy the larger size intended for S&W L or N frames or Ruger GP and Redhawk speedloaders.

Ruger sells a lace-on buttstock pouch originally for the Ruger American that may meet your needs. I put one on my boat paddle 30-06 and like it.

I had one of those for a few years. Took my first deer with it at about 60 yds. A very slick handling, nice light little gun. I miss mine.
