Looking for a Ruger 308 Compact Magnum at a reasonable price. Looking for a shooter so it doesn't have to be a safe queen although that would be nice also.

If you mean a 300 Ruger Compact Magnum, check CDNN, they had some listed in inventory last time I checked. Good prices as I recall, especially if live outside TX and don't have to pay sales tax.

Looks like he's after the RCM configuration rifle in 308 Win. It was only made for a year or two. Ruger model number 37101. NO, I won't part with mine, I like it too much.

Just a shout out to Lucien at GAO Supply LLC. Lucien contacted me shortly after I posted this request looking for this particular rifle. He said he had two of them in stock new in the box. We made a deal and he shipped the gun out quickly. The gun was just as stated new in the box and a beauty she is. I don't now why these didn't catch on. I can highly recommend Lucien. He also sells on Gunbroker and has great feedback there as well.

Ruger rebranded these or maybe david sons did as a Ruger African 308!
