Looked at a Mark III Hunter today from LGS - Good Deal?

(Sorry no pictures were taken) Stainless, Bull Barrel, 6", original plastic Case, 2 magazines, manual, Ruger (Rosewood?) fat wrap around Wood Grip with finger groves. $ 500 + Tax. It looks in excellent condition.

A couple questions if I may..

Was that wood grip standard on the Hunter?

Does the price sound Great / Fair?
