Hello,

I have a 10/22 Fajen Legacy synthetic stock that I would like to install a bi-pod on. There are so many to choose from I was hoping to hear what other people are using and narrow down my choices. From the brands I have looked at, they all look fairly easy to install so far.

Thanks in advance.

Any of the bipods you get today are easy to install.

The kicker: How much do you want to spend? Atlas is, IIRC, considered the best of the best, and you will PAY. Harris is probably the one most used by the average hunter/shooter. UTG actually makes a pretty good bipod and you can find them for under $50.

For UTG you can go here to look https://www.leapers.com/index.php?mitem=bipod
For Harris: http://www.harrisbipods.com/
and then check Amazon, Wal-Mart (the on line store), eBay or other places for the best price.

For Atlas, go here: https://www.accu-shot.com/Atlas_Bipods.php

Same thing, look to see what you might want the search for the best price

I have Harris and UTGs and I really like the UTG on a 10/22 or Ruger American Rimfire - not real costly but they do a good job.

I own multiple bi-pods sold by Ruger. Their suppliers seem to change as often as they can negotiate the next best deal.

Their model, 90334, is still shown at shopruger.com , but the mount has changed from a sling-stud-only mount to a combination sling-stud and/or rail mount.

Anyway, for a 10/22 or similar rifle, this bi-pod works perfectly for me.

Harris has been pretty much a working man's bi-pod for a LONG time. Getting one to mount using the sling stud is the best way to go.
