Will Reeder build a gun without all the oversized branding? Love it otherwise

I don't know what he will do for marking as a minimum.... I do know that there is nothing on the gun that says Ruger so I would think that the BATFE specifies what the minimum marking has to be... Ran up on a Reeder 45 Colt here a while back that became my first Reeder... It has the big caliber scroll on the left side of the cylinder frame but nothing else beyond the serial number...

They sure are nice. I`ve been debating the purchase of a "ultimate 41" for a couple of years now.

no reeder won't he fancies himself as a manufacturer and not a smith all though he only takes guns already made and smiths them.

I asked him to do some work on a S&W 1006 and he told me it would come back as a black widow.Even though i did not desire his black widow.Thank god i never sent the gun to him
