45 Colt Bisley with Flutes?

Is this one of those special runs or did someone swap out cylinders on this gun.
I wasn't aware of a any Stainless Bisley 45 Colts except for the special run guns with scroll marked cylinders.

If you will notice, it does not have the Bisley hammer. I would say this is one someone has put together.

I didn't catch the hammer not being a Bisley, guess I was too focused on the cylinder.

The fluted cylinder, Blackhawk hammer and trigger make me think it's a Blackhawk with a Bisley grip frame. Looks like they did a decent job on it too.
