Spots on a rabbits liver can also mean coccidiosis. If the meat is cooked well then it should be edible. Be careful of recontaminating cooked meat.

Great time, wish I could have been there. I am another person that has been told if the month doesn't contain a R in it then you shouldn't eat rabbit. May, June, July, August for sure and those of us further south if we waited for first freeze it would be November LOL.

I got another pest yesterday. I should've planted potatos a long time ago!!

This time it was drizzled in olive oil and sprinkled with "Montreal Steak" seasoning from McCormick and slapped on the charcoal grill... gone in 60 seconds!!! Soooo soft and succulent... in JULY!

Cool thread. Befkre my time so i wouldnt have seen it if not resurrected. I don't care for rabbit but I've probably never had it done "right".

Those pics sure make me wanna go camping tho!
