Looking for few dimensions when Ruger 480 Bisley is loaded with round containing 420 grain bullet:

That's really largely dependent on bullet design. Beartooth bullets has this info under details for their bullets but it doesn't seem to be working currently. Just says database error.

Yep, I cast a 420gr bullet that has a pretty short shank, making more case capacity. Thus making it shoot better when you up the charge weight of H110.
Like Thumper said, it ALL depends on the bullet design.
