I love my wife. Its our 6th Anniversary and just after I gave her a new S&W Shield EZ, she pulled this out.

I've always wanted a .44mag but could never justify it, instead always getting something more practical.
I guess she got tired of me always longingly staring at the gunshop display case only to walk away.
I love my wife. 8)

Congrats!

Good on you both for the anniversary...it should also be telling that you're willing to give each other guns for presents.

Mrs. Aqualung doesn't shoot or have any guns of her own, but she's gifted me more than one rifle...

You have a tank of a 44. They can take any sensible load you may feed them and spit them out accurately . Good gun nice present . My wife bought me a S&W Mod 24 61/2" barrel once for a present so those things are special.

Congrats. My wife gave me a Super Blackhawk for our 5th anniversary..... in 1977. My first Ruger and of course still in the collection.
