Since we are discussing grip frames..question?

Looking to purchase a SS Birdshead 44 or 45LC Vaquero with the 3.75" barrel...then I want to buy a SS Bisley grip frame and install it.....
So will the Bisley Grip frames fit both New and Old Model (small or large ) frame Vaqueros ? Thank You

Yes, but a new, unfitted grip frame is NOT a drop-in proposition. It will require fitting to the cylinder frame - sometimes relatively little, sometimes a good deal.

Ruger makes a 44 Mag. short barrel with the Bisley grip frame. Just sold mine a few weeks ago.

Yes had a few but now going to 3.75'' 45LC

I am fitting a SBH Hunter grip frame to my vaquero. I have about 5 hrs into it already.

They are definitely not drop-in.
