327 Single Seven Matte SS

Did Ruger make a 327 single-seven with a matte stainless finish? Not the birdshead but the normal grip. It looks more like it was bead blasted, but wasn't sure if it was factory or not.

I do not think so. Most likely,, someone did it after it was bought new.
