From me to me, serial 100xx (1962); overall excellent condition. Spots on the ejector rod shroud, and dot on the barrel, replacement grips. No factory marking on the grip frame.

Very Nice!! I have a set of those same grips. Took a sander to them and now they are comfortable and take away the "knuckle knocking" from the square trigger guard.

Have a fun hunt!

Got my buck on the first day (6 pt, ~180 lbs. at 150 yds) and doe on the second (~85 lbs, at 100 yds), both with 4 digit M88 Winchester, .308, one shot each.

If I had any patience, the doe may have been close enough for a shot with the .44. The other two does in the group were unconcerned at the shot and continued into 25 yds.

I hope to get a picture or 2 when I get home next week.
