start shipping revolvers without the Ruger logo on the grips. I'm seeing more and more of them listed as Factory New.

Can't imagine any collector value but how many of these non-logo guns does Ruger make?

The Ruger Match Champion GP-100 comes w/o logo grips. I was a little disappointed when I saw them. But,, they feel GREAT!

The revolver itself may just be factory new. They are not said to be the original grips on that particular revolver.

The first ruger handgun to be shipped from the factory without a medallion on the grips was the first model Bearcat, in 1958. The grips were a fake Rosewood looking grip. They went to around serial number 35XXX, which included the Alphabet Bearcats.
