CraigC is correct,, IF you have to ship off a gun & all.
Due to SASS & such,, many gunsmiths out there can do an action job & are local to many. Start looking around.

And a set of springs do not fix a rough action.

Absolutely not but the new flat-tops don't seem to be as rough as most New Models were before.
