32 shooter, rechambering a Blackhawk from 10mm to 10mm magnum should be straight forward. Remember, though, once it's done you will not be able to shoot 10mm's anymore since they headspace on the mouth of the case. Rechambering the 40 cylinder may be the way to go if one wants to continue to use 10mm's. Bob! :)

If a replacement for a lost cylinder could be obtained then it could become a 10mm mag.

Then you will need one more cylinder, chambered for .38-40.
