I found this on gunbroker:

It appears to be a Davidson's exclusive. A fixed-sight GP-100 chambered in .357 magnum, with a 2.5 inch barrel. Also comes standard with those compact Lett grips that everyone liked so much. Cool little piece that I imagine would conceal well, if one were willing to put up with the weight.

The fixed sight GP100's are the only ones I pass on. And I'm not a fan of the tapered cylinders either. I wish Ruger would stop doing that, makes them look weak in that area. It's the main reason that I haven't bought a Match Champion.

Very nice & not a bad deal, but I'd rather order the standard 3" GP for $520.40 plus $7.99 shipping from GrabAgun, then order the old style rubber grips with rosewood inserts on sale at Shop Ruger for $30 (plus shipping) right now:

Question -I have a stainless GP100 6 inch. I see muzzle flash when shooting it which means wasted kinetic energy. I can only imagine that with very short barrels there is even more wasted energy. Is there somewhere I can see the effect of barrel length on muzzle energy for any .357 round?

Thanks,

Jim
