Recently I "accidentally" bought a 4 inch Security-Six on Gunbroker. I put in what I thought was a lowish bid, and a couple of days later I found that the auction had ended and I was the new owner. I have had it to the range several times since it arrived, and like it a lot. The only problem with it so far is that other shooters keep trying to get me to sell it to them. :)

Kudos on a fine gun,,!!!!!! And tell those who want it,, to pony up about double what you'd sell it for. That'll slow them down.

Early low back model. May be a bit harder to find a 6" with the same low back grip frame.

Yeah, but I'm on it as we speak. :) I did look at a later production 6 incher, and it had the infamous "billboard" on the barrel. Passed on that one.

:D

Left are .38 spl. (only), right and center are .357 mag.

The stainless 6" is one of two known at this time.
It's estimated that only about 500 of the blued .38 spl. 6" were produced.

Still looking for a 2 3/4" adj. sight .38 spl.
and
a fixed sight 6". :D

I really like the low backs but like many, have never found a 6-incher. :(
