I have a clean first year 1959 converted Super Blackhawk. Original parts were misplaced and lost long ago along with its box.
I wish to restore it to original factory condition and the only old original parts I have are from a 1957 Blackhawk 44 Magnum.
As I understand this the trigger and hammer should be wider than the parts I have (even though they will function just fine) and it's a shame to use them for this gun.
I can trade the 1957 Flat Top Blackhawk 44 parts or buy straight.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum!
Place a WTB ad in the "Classifieds" here. You'll get more attention to your needs. You are correct in that the hammer & trigger are different than the Flattop parts you have. The trigger "shoe" portion is wider,, as is the spur of the hammer.
Expect to pay $150-$200 for a set of parts.

Thanks for that advice.
Posted it in the Classifieds section and crossing fingers.
For this kind of $ I might be better off buying another unconverted or converted with original parts and swapping the parts... the converted can make a nice shooter.
