Bisley Vaquero 4 5/8 barrel

I own this gun and love it, I spoke with Ruger, it is no longer made by them. Does anyone know of someone who may be selling one.

The one I have was made in 2002, just started shooting fast draw.

You could always put a wanted to buy post in the classified section here. I see those older Vaqueros for sale every now and then. That's a larger frame then the new model Vaquero right? If it's made in 2002.

I'm not sure that parts are interchangeable, and I don't know about shaving the barrel down.

Ok, now that you see your posts are working,, jump right in.

As for getting what you wish,, a WTB ad may get you one,,,, but building one would only require a bit of milling to re-structure the top strap/frame area, and changing the front sight assy.
no shaving of the bbl required. It'll be cheaper to just buy one outright.

Rest assured, if Ruger made it, you can find one on the used market and sometimes LNIB (like new in box). If none on this forum, there's Gunbroker and Gunsamerica. Those are the only two online auctions I trust.
