Dressed up my GP100

Nice setup. Looks like the Weigand scope mount. I looked at those but was looking to keep a smaller profile on my 4 inch GP. How do you carry it for hunting?

I placed my order this morning for a one hole rear sight for my GP100 .44. I figure it should work ok with the hiviz front sight.

I replaced my grip panels with Altamont as well. Great looking grips. Great company to deal with

Your post inspired me to dress up my GP-100 .44. I installed some Sack's stag grip inserts and installed a One Hole sight. It took about 10 minutes to install. I used the 9/32 for closer range shooting. Thank you for your information.

Great looking stags, Pistolero. I like the One-hole in stainless too. I plan to shoot at a maximum of 25 yards for doe. I'l bet that .44 is a sweet shooter.

These One Holes worked so well for me on my GP44 that I installed one on my Lipsey Flattop .357 mag 5.5 inch barrel. It shoots like a carbine out to 50 yards.

I can't recall off hand but I bought these one hole sights from a forum member that makes them. If I remember correctly his were only 10 or 12 bucks. Since these seem popular with everyone that has chimed in, maybe someone knows the forum member so he can chime in.

You guys that have them, are the Altamonts the same dimensions as the old Lett version, as best as you can tell? I was mostly wondering about width.
