Picked up a new LCR in 9mm and after cleaning it up I brought it to the range yesterday. Fired a total of 100 rounds including about 30 of my reloads. All fired flawlessly the first time every time.
This is a sweet little gun! Accurate and very manageable recoil. The very first round surprised the heck out of me because the trigger is so crisp and does not get harder before breaking. It has one of the best double action trigger I've ever experienced! I really like everything about it.
I fired the first 15 rounds using the moon clips provided, and the next 85 rounds were fired with no clips at all. Most of the expended rounds just fell out of the cylinder when I turned the gun upside down. The rest I pocked out with a small dowel. Anyone looking for a small revolver I can strongly recommend this little gem.
