Pretty amazing results in this short video. Sorry but the shooter is using a Smith. Still neat to see the results.

This sort of reminds of an article I read many years ago by Skeeter Skelton. He talked about a padlock that was advertised that would stop a full power 357 Magnum. Apparently they used a hollow point. Skeeter proceeded to shoot right through the lock with a hard cast Keith style bullet in a 357 Magnum. I agree with the other poster, I would like to see a hard cast 250 gr Keith style used.

Once we get some decent weather I have some testing to do. I have been saving milk jugs for doing a similar test. I also just happen to have some Buffalo Bore 340gr hardcast loads. Should be interesting to see those against a regular old 240 JHP. Guess I will have to figure out how to do some video so I can share the results.

So would the water balloons be tougher than 1 gal plastic jugs???
I figured it would have gone through more ballons.

Here is my water jug test of the BFR .45-70 with 5.5 inch barrel using a Hornady Flex Tip 325 gr. hollow point. I ran that round through the chony the same day at 1460 FPS.
Bullet was found in the last jug of 8 where it almost went through the backside of jug.
The impact split the 2x10's and the bottom of my test rig!
