Or bring back the maxi in the stainless hunter! Then us maxi guys can have some fun too! And it'll still run 357's...

I totally agree. I'd be interested in any SBH in 357. That'd be a real sweetheart to shoot in 38. Freedom Arms had an 83 in 357. Hell I'd love a SBH/SRH in 41 also. Lipseys had a limited SBH 41.

Yes, yes a Max Hunter!! 8) I know it's not happening but... I'd maybe go for a .357 mag one. I tried years back coordinating a drive to get a .32 Hunter done. Ended up with 100 or so "I'd buy it" people which in the real world means maybe 25 would actually buy one. Until then, I'm happy with the 45 Hunter.

You can always make one like I did. Actually went with a bisley hammer but basically came out as a SBH hunter.

I'd definitely be in interested in a SBH Hunter in .357 Mag. I love the look, feel, style and solid/easy scope mounting of the SBH Hunter, but don't want to add a caliber to my reloading program. .357 is a more versatile, cost-effective round for me, than .44 Mag.

They have made the equivalent of the 357 Hunter...the 357 Bisley Blackhawk 7.5"...just no scope rings...but it is a DEADLY hunting iron. I have 2 and would not part with either of them.

Best if it was made on the medium frame like the new flattops

I tend to disagree on that point, you can shoot the hottest loads you like and it is like shooting a .22...long barrel, Bisley grip and weight make it a sweetheart to shoot.

I agree. Same frame as the 44&45lc. Our answer to rugers 223 African.

Pushing a 357 mag Hard Cast at full load in that heavy beast would be a fluffy kittens cat!

I'm completely satisfied with my GP-100:

This is one of my hunting handguns. I love it.

Not saying that a SBH in 357 wouldn't be nice.
