Recoil and Striker Springs

Thinking about the replacement recoil and striker springs from Gallaway for my SR45. I'm looking for weight recommendations. I do not want to increase trigger pull wt. with too heavy a striker spring. I rarely get a light strike anyway. Was thinking 20lbs for the recoil spring. Currently shooting 7.5 gr of Power pistol behind a 230 gr coated lead bullet from Penn.

I use an 18.5 lb recoil spring for all my factory type rounds in a 45. I'm not sure the striker spring weight it is factory. The 1911 hammer mainspring is a 19 lb.
