I'm very likely going to bid / buy a new Security 9. I've read several reviews on the all blue models but have yet to see any on the models with a stainless slide. Among you owners that have one in stainless I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on yours as far as if you're getting the same degree of reliability , round counts, your thoughts to it's finish and anything else you'd care to share. Thanks.

Thanks BPJ, Ruger has come out with so many guns that seem to be the same. The LC9, EC9, Ruger American, and the Security 9. I Have a KelTec P11 that I bought back in the late 90's that fills that niche. The Glock 19 is larger, as is the Security 9. The KT has 10 round magazines vs 15 for the S9. The KT takes S&W 59 series magazines if I need 15 rounds. Ruger was a few years late to the party. IMO. The Security nine, LC9 I would buy in an heartbeat if I didn't already have the KT.
