New EC9s issues

Just put about 80 rounds through a new EC9s. Had a couple of issues. The biggest one was the slide locking back before the mag was empty. Happened twice with the same mag. The other issue was the mags sometimes don't drop free. Any suggestions on how to fix these issues?

Back to Ruger? 8)

Fixed the issue with slide locking back too soon by filing off a very small amount of material on the follower to allow better clearance with the slide lock when there's still one round in mag. I'll just keep an eye on the mag release to see if it gets better with time.
