Don't be too hard on me but I gotta ask. Is there any advantage in installing one? I'm sure the SR40 will smooth out after time but looking for other options. Look at me......I don't even have the gun yet and am looking for a better trigger pull :roll:

You're talking about the reset bar from Galloway, right? It's a drop in part, and cheap, so why not. You can always put the OEM bar back in if you don't like it. :)

Picked up my SR40 today. Brought it home and give it a good cleaning. I didn't get a chance to shoot it but I did put a scale on the trigger and I'm getting a very smooth and crisp 5lb pull. Reset seems to be fine also. I think it's great for a striker fire. Sure feels great in my hand.
