New here and have a question. Going to gun show today and may sell my P94 40cal. and get a 9mm. The biggest reason is it's on the heavy side so it won't be a carry gun. Any ideas on price or reasons to keep it?

Welcome here.
A plan jane P94 in 40 cal is going to be very cheap. If you want something else I suggest you just keep it and buy the second gun.

Ton of 9mm carry guns out there for cheap.

Good luck.

Most of the old P series guns ain't worth much these days. $300 tops for most .... of course there are exceptions.

As for reasons? Depends on your budget and needs I suppose. Some would say if it ain't worth much just keep it. Others may say trade it even up for an EC9s and a box of ammo. Or, the new Security 9 is nice for a full size gun.

Thank you for the info. I decided to keep the 40cal and bought the Security 9. Can't wait to shoot it.

Good call.

I saw a used but mint condition KP95DC in the local gun store today for $295.00. Mighty tempting but I've had about all the P series guns at one time or another already. Never had a problem with any of them in any way.

Came awfully close to bidding on this one but resisted until it sold. New in box P95DC, $279 with only one bid.

You wont get many takers for the p94 40cal. I have one and I paid $295 for it 2 years ago. That was about the highest one could go for imo everybody wants 9mm now. The P guns are an excellent deal used under 300 bucks
